Blue harp

The poems in Karen Selma Mariendal’s fifth book, Blue Harp, express human experiences and reflections. Music, longing, wonder, community, and tranquillity are central themes.

In some of the poems, she reflects on the complexity of life, while in others she descends to the level of minute details, depicting a microcosm of nature’s diversity.
